The Show Will Go On

After clearing up a few things with the radio station now the show will go on. There may be a little bit of a time conflict with a few future shows, but it will all be worked out. Be sure to listen to the radio show and sign up for my newsletter to get up-dates on any time changes. To sign up for my newsletter just click here to send an email to be added to the list. We try to send out a newsletter every Monday or Tuesday.

I'm excited to once again have Lisa Williams as a guest during tomorrow's radio show. We will chat about Lisa's new book "Life Among The Dead" and her up-coming show in Easton, PA. During the later part of the show I will be taking your calls and answering your questions. Remember, you can listen to the show live on the Internet if you are not local to the area. Go the WBCB's web site to tune in.

My schedule is pretty heavy for the coming month of April. Next week I will be doing an event at the Learning Annex in Manhattan New York. This will be my first event in the big apple and I'm honored that they have asked me to come speak. On Sunday April 13 I will join together with Doctor Beth DuPree and Susan Apollon for a special Breast Cancer Event. Please note that there is a correction to the time in the newsletter. This event is from 1 PM to 4 PM. All of the funds from this event will go to the Healing Consciousness Foundation. Then we will head up north to Wilkes-Barre on April 20Th. Be sure to visit the web site for a full list of events.

Thank you for stopping in and reading my blog.

Radio Show Being Cancelled???

Today has been quite the stressful day after having such a wonderful week. Earlier this week I actually had a reading done by Numerologist and radio show host Alison Baughman. I have not had any type of reading done in probably more then ten years. Alison uses your full name and birth date to come up with a chart representing your life and basically your whole life path. She was simply amazing and brought so many things to light, thank you Alison. One thing she mentioned was that I would lose something or some door would close but in turn something will be gained or another door opened.

One of those doors that may close could be the doors to my weekly radio show. Today I was notified by my sales rep from WBCB radio that suddenly they decided to replace my time slot with high school baseball. Beginning this Tuesday I was told my show will be canceled for five separate dates over the next few months. I do have a legally binding contract with the station in which it does not state that they have the right to do such a change. Tuesday I have Lisa Williams coming on the show and have no idea if the show will even go on. I find the entire situation to be a little crazy and a little unprofessional. I decided to think over the situation before making my decision on what to do Monday. Keep checking back for an update and if you happen to tune in Tuesday, don't be surprised if I'm not there.

On a better note I had a very nice private gallery this evening in the Churchville, PA area. This group was very nice and very open to receiving messages from their loved ones. I believe I may have even turned a few skeptics into complete believers. Skeptical is not a bad thing as long as you are still open as they were. What was so amazing about this particular gallery was not so much the messages as much as what appeared before me. This happened to me once before in the past, only once. Right behind one of the women in the room appeared the blessed mother Mary. What an intense and truly amazing experience. I believed everyone was truly touched by the presence of Mother Mary.

The first time Mother Mary appeared before my eyes was during a private reading in my home with a client. I was completely stunned and just stared at the blessed mother for what felt like an eternity. I turned and said to my client "You are never going to believe this, but the Blessed Mother is standing right there." She smiled and said to me "I prayed for her to be here with us." Wow! Nothing like blowing the psychics mind. Well the same thing happened tonight, this time she came with a message. A well needed message of love and faith for not just the woman, but for each and every one of us.

Well its late and I have a busy weekend ahead of me. I wish you all a lovely weekend.

Our California Trip

Now our trip has ended and I sit here on the plane 40,000 feet above Roswell, New Mexico writing this blog post. The entire trip was amazing and so many things went on. Monday we arrived late and only had time to have a pizza delivered from Dominoes before retiring for the evening.

Tuesday we awoke early and headed to breakfast and then from Laguna Beach to Anaheim to visit Disneyland and Disney Adventure Park. I really wanted to go into the Adventure park first because I love the Tower Of Terror. The funny thing is that we ended up in Disneyland and did not even realize it until about 10 PM when we were getting ready to leave. We purchased a two day pass and the girl that rung us up charged us the local rate which was the price of one day, that was nice of her to do.

Wednesday we got up early again, I’m not an early bird. I think we must have walked more then 10 miles at Disneyland because my feet and legs were killing me. We hit just about all of the rides in Adventure park and even d
iscovered a way to get on the ride faster. No not with the fast pass and I’m not telling, LOL. My favorite rides were Space Mountain, Tower of Terror and of course the roller coaster. We had lunch in the park and had to leave early to make it back to Laguna for our evening plans.

We arrived back at our hotel on Wednesday at about 4PM and showered to get ready for dinner. James Van Praagh invited us to see his home and go to dinner before his show at 7 PM. We meet up with James and his friend and he gave us a tour of his beautiful home, gardens and meditation nook. He has a great view of the valley, mountain side and the ocean. Soon we departed for dinner and his show. His show was great and James has already taught me many things in the short time that we have known each other. We drove James home and went back to our hotel to retire after a very long two days.

T
hursday we once again had to be the early birds so we could catch a worm. We had breakfast before our departure for an hour and a half drive to Beverly Hills. I have to say that California is absolutely beautiful and it looks like we may be moving here within the next year or two at the most. I had five of my psychic and medium friends tell us that we were moving here, so does my own spirit guides. We checked into the Beverly Hills Hilton which was just disgustingly rich with beauty. We relaxed in our room for a little while before getting dressed for dinner.

We met with our friend Lisa Williams at this cute little restaurant called Orso in Beverly Hills. Lisa is such a great person and fabulous medium and I know we will become even closer and most likely work together as Spirit has told us both. It is going to be so much fun working together and together we can bring so much well needed healing to this Earth. I can also see us working together on a few crime cases. We sat and had a great dinner and talked for at least three hours before Lisa drove us back to our hotel. Lisa has also taught me a few things and I feel so blessed to have met her and have her as a friend.

Friday we once again had to get up real early for a full days schedule. I don’t like this early crap, but I guess I better get use to it. Today we were meeting with three more wonderful friends in the lobby of the Hilton for coffee and some catching up. We checked out and ran into our friend John Burke. Some of you will remember John as the host from America’s Psychic Challenge. Then comes Tori Allah and Jamie Clark, also from the show. We sat and chatted with coffee for ours. What a great time it was catching up with three wonderful people.

Tori drove Bob and I to lunch in Beverly Hills before driving us back to the hotel to get our car. I had an important meeting with a very big and well known production company. Boy was I just a little nervous about this meeting. Good thing I got some pointers from James and Lisa during the visit. Bob and I joined with three Executives from the company to discuss some future possibilities that I probably should not disclose at this point. Lets just say this could be a really good thing. One of their questions for us was “Would you be willing to re-locate to LA?” We your darn right we are, LOL. The meeting went great and afterwards we drove around to look at some of the amazing homes in Beverly Hills before driving back to the hotel in Laguna Beach.

Laguna Beach is an amazing place to visit with great views of the mountains and the beach. There are so many amazing art gallery’s all throughout the town. Not your typical beach area like if you were at the Jersey shore. We seen pieces that were priced at over $20,000. I could only imagine how much the pieces were that did not show a price. Saturday we walked at least seven miles through the shop and also had lunch. Then we headed to the beach for some relaxation on our last day before heading home. The beach is just another amazing site and some of the homes are sickening. I could only imagine the price tag on some of them. All together the trip was excellent with the exception of the airline problems coming in. Hopefully we will arrive in Philadelphia without any delays or problems.

I can not possibly put all the pictures we took onto this blog. So as soon as I get a chance I will upload them onto my myspace page. Tomorrow Bob thinks I’m going back to work, not going to happen. He may and I will do some house cleaning and a whole bunch of laundry. Tuesday I will be back to work and back to the radio show at 4 PM, be sure to tune in. Remember we will have Lisa Williams back on the show April 1st and James Van Praagh sometime soon also. By the way, John Edward turned down my request for an interview. Another thing I should mention is that we are going to be making changes with appointments. Currently I’m booked through May and we will not be booking past June. The reason is that things may be coming up and I will be traveling and do not want to cancel peoples appointments. Soon I will also stop doing home galleries. Once again thank you for taking the time to read my blog. I wish you all love and happiness.
Blessings

California Update

We have been in California for four days now and I just have not had a chance to write in my blog. I wanted to write daily and just wonder what could I have been thinking. We spent the first two days visiting Disneyland and Disney Adventure Park and man my legs and feet are killing me. Between all the walking through Dallas airport and then two days in Disney I'm feeling the pain. All worth it of course.

Wednesday evening we met up with James Van Praagh and had dinner and went to his show in Laguna Beach. Meeting James for the first time in person was so surreal at first. His show was great and I enjoyed listening to James speak. Afterwards we drove James back to his home and headed back to the hotel to retire for the evening. James is a great guy and very down to Earth. Bob and I really enjoyed the entire experience. Thanks James. So far the trip has been so fabulous. At the same time we have been so bust here that I may need a vacation from this vacation.

Today we drove about an hour and thirty minutes to Beverly Hills where we will stay the night. After checking in we relaxed and then had to get ready to meet Lisa Williams for dinner. This would also be our first time meeting with Lisa and I must say this was also so surreal. Lisa is great and I had an instant connection with her. I'm sure so much more will come from all of this. We talked for hours and had a very nice dinner. Thank you Lisa. Lisa will be coming out to Pennsylvania in April to do a show in Easton. She will also be back on my radio show April 1st. Be sure to tune in. Check out her site for ticket information if it is not sold out yet.

I will talk more about our experience here when we get back home. Tomorrow we have another full day. We are meeting with a few other good friends. One is John Burke from America's Psychic Challenge. John is such a great guy and I'm looking forward to seeing him again along with our friend Tori Allah from the show. I'm tired now and have to run. Till the next time. Love and Light.

Sunny California

Bob and I have safely arrived in Laguna Beach California late last night. The trip here was absolutely horrible. The worst airline experience that I have ever! I can sum it up in three words, American Airlines Sucks! That is mild as to what I really think of them and how they treat their customers. We were suppose to arrive in Orange County California at 1 PM yesterday and ended up coming in at 11PM.

We had a layover in Dallas and the flight was canceled. Then we were put on standby for three other flights throughout the day that were already over sold. Why the heck they would put us on standby for an overbooked flight is beyond me. It took us demanding to speak to a supervisor and almost being thrown out before we got anywhere. Finally we had a woman from an entire different airline end up helping us. So we went from American Airlines to U.S. Air to United airlines before ended up in Colorado. Hey at least that was a little closer to California then Dallas. Then we went from Denver to Orange County after spending sixteen hours traveling on a 6 hour trip.

Today we woke up early and headed to breakfast. It was nice having the three hour time different, this helped me awake refreshed. We walked so far in the Dallas airport that my feet and legs are killing me today. With all that pain we headed to Disneyland for the day after breakfast. We wanted to go to Disney adventure park and did not realize to later that we were in Disneyland all day. Good thing we bought a two day pass. So tomorrow we will head to breakfast and then the adventure park. I can not wait to go on the tower of terror. We will go early because we are going to see James Van Praagh in the evening. Looking forward to seeing James tomorrow night. Well folks I'm whooped and my feet are killing me. I will blog all about the experience as soon as I have time.
Blessings all

The Haunted Haunted Flanders Hotel, The March 10 Event & A Missing Child

Honestly I have never heard of the Flanders Hotel until I was asked to do an event there. I understand that the hotel is quite famous and very haunted. My first thought is that it would be a quaint little hotel with some very active spirits running around. I was also fascinated by the fact that they also wanted me to do a ghost tour in their underground catacombs. Picture to the left was taken from the boardwalk in Ocean City New Jersey.

When I heard about the catacombs my instant thought was that of a very spooky underground tunnel or tunnels. While writing this blog I looked up the word catacombs and the definition is: An underground cemetery, with tunnels and chambers having places for graves. Well one thing is for sure, there are no dead bodies or graves beneath the Flanders Hotel. The picture below to the right was taken inside the Flanders Hotel outside the ball room. It is said to be Emily, now a ghost roaming the hotel.

Bob and I arrived at the Flanders Hotel at about 1:30PM on March 10th, the same time as Paul the Kahuna from WBCB radio. The place was huge, not at all what I imagined. We had to rush in because we were about to do a live broadcast from the hotel to discuss haunted real estate. I really wanted to get our bags to our rooms and get a quick tour before the radio show. Patty Burgess is host of her own show on WBCB called real estate on the air. Patty is also responsible for getting me into the Flanders Hotel. Patty organized the entire thing, THANKS PATTY.

We walked right into history when we entered into the Flanders Hotel. A beautiful lobby surrounded with gorgeous antique furniture and clocks. We were greeted by Patty Burgess and she helped us to check in and get to our room which was on the seventh floor. Our room was also beautiful with and ocean view, separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and a big screen television. What a nice little surprise that was. Then we headed down stairs to get a coffee and private tour of the hotel. I was really excited to see what I would pick up about the place.
The picture about was taken inside the Flanders right outside of the Ball Room.
Believe it or not I was not pulled to the underground catacombs, as they call them, as much as I was pulled to the ballroom. I asked the woman who gave us the tour if there even was a ball room because I felt there was a lot of energy drawing me there. Well indeed there was and the ballroom had many spirits roaming around. I began to tell her what I was picking up, all of it which made complete sense to her.

I feel there is a lot of money here, very wealthy people during the period of the depression. I feel prohibition going on beneath the building and also see gambling and a roulette wheel. This ballroom was filled with very well know wealthy people from all over the world and often the men and woman were split or divided. This was a place of fun and enjoyment with live music and I could actually see the spirits dancing around just like a flashback to the 1930's.

Our first tour of the catacombs was during the day and most spirit activity occurs in the evening. Soon as we got to the bottom of the stairs I started to take a few pictures. The brand new batteries I just put in the camera died after the third picture. Already the spirits are active and playing their little games. I picked up on several things but really tried to block out the energies and enjoy the tour. I would rather be in tune with the energies later at night during the ghost tour.

At four o'clock Patty's radio show begun and of course the topic was haunted real estate and of course the Flanders Hotel. The radio show was fun and Patty had me on her show as a special guest. There were no on the air readings and honestly I needed to save my energy for the gallery and ghost tour. After the radio show we headed over the Emily's Cafe inside the hotel for dinner. The cafe was named after the ghost Emily who is said to road the hotel. Dinner was great by the way, I have the prime rib.
Picture above taken inside the lobby of the Flanders. Left to Right. Paul The Kahuna, Patty Burgess, Joseph Tittel.

Originally when we arrived they had the gallery set up in the lobby area which would not work at all for me. Someone suggested we hold the event in the restaurant cafe following dinner. This way there would be no interruptions and no one would wonder by and try to listen in. There was also a good chance I coul
d pick up on others wondering through. Emily's Cafe was a very quaint little place also with a few spirits floating around. Soon as I finished my dinner I headed upstairs to my room for some privacy. I needed to have no interruptions while in prayer and meditation. Bob handled everything with getting the gallery together and introducing me.

The gallery began at 7:30 and went very well. We had a nice group of about 30 people all anxious to connect with a loved one. I had so many connections there is no way I can keep up with remembering them all. There were a few things that stuck out in my mind most. One was a womans mother began coming through and talked about her collection of plates. She also mentioned a specific plate that she has made in memory of her mother. This was a very specific and accurate message that was coming through. For the skeptics out there, how the heck would I come up with that information if it was not coming directly from the womans deceased mother? How many people do you know that collect plates and even had one made in memory of a deceased loved one?

There was another connection that I remember something very specific. I was pulled directly to this woman and immediately knew I was connecting with her deceased husband. The thing that I thought was cool is the fact that he told me he was a pilot and his wife confirmed that he was in deed a pilot. Then there was another spirit that literally slapped me. This was the first time for that. Not only did he slap me once, he did it a second time and I lost my balance and everyone could obviously see that I was pushed. The picture above was taken during the tour. Many spirits are watching over this crowd. There were no lights on in the catabomb and it was very dark.

During the questions segment she asked me about Joe and was not specific. By this time I was so drained from so many connections that I most likely gave her a little attitude. I tell people at every event that I can not just connect with whoever they want me to, Therefore ask a question about your life, health, money or something like that. I ask that they do not ask me to connect with the deceased, especially someone specific. So you have to agree that it can get to be a bit annoying when someone asks you something that you just told them not to ask you.

Her deceased husband was not going to stand for that and he let me know. He was a younger energy that passed and he also has a good sense of humor. He really just wanted to get my attention and try to get a message to his mourning wife. He came through strong and I could actually see his spirit standing next to his wife. She received some very specific validations that her husband is with her and watching over her and the children. I'm glad I had the opportunity to bring these messages to the young lady.

Then comes the missing boy messages. There were two woman who attended the event that were some how involved with helping the family of a missing boy. This happened many years ago and is still an open case in which many continue the search. Several times the boy came to me with messages that the women related to. Each time I told them to see me after the event privately. This is something I never do following any event because I'm so drained. For some reason I felt I needed to talk to her because I knew I would be a great help. When the event came to a close I did a book signing before talking privately with the two women.

One of the woman carried with her a scape book with picture of the boy and the family. The other woman was an older woman with some very strong psychic abilities. You could look into her eyes and just see there was some strong wisdom and abilities. The women knew so much about the case and have even come to their own conclusions. They spoke nothing about the case and I simply looked at the picture of the boy without even knowing his name.

I connected with this boy so strongly that it actually was a little scary. I felt what he felt and saw what he saw. I mentioned his name and his brothers name. As much as I would like to give you details of the information I received, I think it is better that I say nothing at this time. I can pretty much take them right to the body and told them to have the police and family contact me. I honestly believe that I know exactly where they can find him. I'm sure that someone will contact me soon and I'm willing to travel back to help continue the search.

The tour of the catacombs was very interesting to say the least. I was able to see several spirits actually standing there watching us. Bob was able to catch dozens of orbs on film. As for the spirit they call Emily, I didn't run into her. I did run into a little girl who claimed her name was Sarah. I thought the woman on the tour told everyone that she had drowned and they brought her through the tunnel that led to the beach to the underground catacomb in the Flanders.

I immediately went right to the spot where the little girl had died. I saw her and he spoke to me and said that she did not drown. Then the woman said she died from hypothermia. Then she said to me "I told you that already, you didn't pick that up." Well I thought that was a little rude and so did Sarah. Right next to us was this big heavy metal door it it flew right open. I could do nothing but laugh and this just proved that Sarah was present.

I picked up on a hanging and also a murder in the catacomb. I have to be honest though, this seamed more to me like nothing more then a very big basement. Yes there are many spirits and some very strong ones, but it was not very scary to me. This could be because I was still bothered by the thoughts of the missing boy. The entire event was quite an experience to say the least. I enjoyed every bit of it and hope we can do it again in the future. The one thing that was not so great about the event. Of all the events and gallery's I have done throughout my life, this was the most draining. Honestly I felt so drug down like I was ran over several time. The only reason this could be is because of all the spirits and connections. I don't think I ever had so many extremely strong connections in one day, besides it was a long day for us all.
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. I hope you enjoyed.
Blessings

I'm tired and will post more picture from the event and tour later. I have some good ones so be sure to come back.

Upcoming Events, Quiting Smoking, 2008 Predictions Update & Bad Psychics Blog Update

The past few weeks have been quite busy for me with events and planning our trip to California in a few weeks. I will try my best to keep up on the blog while out in Califonia. This coming Sunday I will be holding the Intuitive Development Workshop at the Sheraton for a group of 22 students. The class is full and I'm really looking forward to the class. I will hold another workshop hopefully some time this summer.

Another event that I'm really looking forward to is this coming Monday at the Flanders Hotel in Ocean City New Jersey. The hotel is very old and very haunted. There are even underground catacombs where I'm sure to run into a few spirits. We will be spending the entire evening at the Flanders Hotel. This is an opportunity to attend a really excellent event. There is still some space available and you can contact the Flanders Hotel directly to reserve your space.

About three weeks ago Bob and I began taking a prescription called Chantrix to try and quit smoking. The drug is suppose to turn off the receptors in your brain that crave cigarettes. It
does not contain nicotine and does have many side affects. One of the side effects is extremely vivid dreams which I enjoy. Others are worst like stomach problems, nausea, restlessness and more. I had vivid dreams for like a week and now they are gone along with the nausea. The only other effect I had which also faded is the stomach ache and nausea. To me it is all worth it if I can quit.

Doctor says that quiting smoking is more difficult then quiting hard drugs. I have been a little snippy, but not too bad. I have not completely quit yet, but I'm doing well after about three weeks of taking the medication. I smoked about 25 cigarettes a day and now smoke about 4 per day, not bad at all. I hope to kick the habit all together in the next week. Bob is also doing well smoking about the same amount as I do. He has stopped taking the medication because he experienced worst side affects then I did.

I received a comment today about my 2008 Psychic Predictions that I found to be very interesting, I will list the comment in the final paragraph of this blog post. If you keep up with my post's then you will be familiar with the woman who copied and pasted my predictions to her web site and claimed they were hers. Even with the same typo's as mine she still insisted they were hers. I received an email from her a few days ago, three weeks after I emailed her. She insisted that I stole them from her and wanted to discuss the matter with me, but she never answers her phone. I emailed her back letting her know it was obvious and I had proof beings I announced them Live on my New Years Day radio show. She replied again with an apology and said she would remove them from her site.

Days have passed and all she did was moved the predictions I made to a different page of her site, still claiming she wrote them. Another thing I found funny was what she posted on her home page of the site. There is this big write up from some guy talking about how wonderful she is and that she is no a fraud or wanna-be. Kind of odd that all of the sudden this is on the home page, feeling a bit guilty? I'm willing to bet that she wrote the entire comment herself. Well time to move on from this. It makes me sad to see that there are people out there like that taking from others in any way they can. Best of luck.

Here is the comment that was sent today.
March 5, 2008 Just some observations on the 2008 predictions. We have seen some very bad ice conditions in the northeast and midwestern USA, but these pale in comparison to the devastating ice conditions in China which disrupted travel for millions during their Lunar New Year or what we call Chinese New Year celebrations. Also in regards to shootings at a school and fast food restaurant, we have seen shooting deaths at Northern Illinois University and at a Wendy's restaurant in Florida. What is disturbing is both of these events were suicides with the intent of taking others (strangers) with them.

This seems to me symptomatic of an epidemic of violent mental illness for no readily apparent cause. In regards to the "nuclear or bomb" explosion, we have already had a horrific explosion with many deaths and burn victims on Feb.7 in Georgia. This appears to be an industrial accident at a sugar refinery. I was not aware that sugar dust could ignite, or that it could burn for days at a temperature of over 2000 degrees, yet that is the story reported in the news. I hope that there is no other terrible explosion coming up as this prediction was for China or Japan.

Regarding a beef recall, a meat processing plant was videotaped using sick and "downer" animals in the food supply which ended up in school lunch programs. Michael Jackson is certainly back in the news with the Neverland Ranch set to be auctioned off in foreclosure on March 19th if he does not make good on the $25 million owed on it, as well as other California property potentially in foreclosure. Today's gold price hit $995 an ounce before retreating slightly. I will continue to follow these predictions throughout the year with great interest.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Be sure to come back soon and read about our experience inside the haunted Flanders Hotel.
Blessings

The Healing Consciousness Foundation & DSI

This past Friday evening we had a special invitation from Doctor Beth DuPree to visit the Diversified Specialties Institutes or DSI. Bob and I were not the only ones to attend, this was more like a special invitation only open house. There were dozens of people who attended including Lynne Doyle from the show It's your call on Comcast's CN8.

Lynne was there to broadcast her show live from the facility. Lynne Doyle has had psychics and mediums on her show in the past. I contacted her and the shows producers several times and finally received a response from one of the producers Tess. The email response simply said that they do not have mediums on the show. Made no sense to me since I know they have done many spiritual topics including mediums in the past. We tried to talk to her at the event but she was overwhelmed with people which I completely understand. Maybe we will meet again in the future. Hey, I should know that beings I'm psychic. LOL

Doctor DuPree was interviewed by Lynne Doyle live and the discussion included information about the facility and breast cancer awareness. Doctor DuPree is also author of the book The Healing Consciousness and the founder of The Healing Consciousness Foundation. All proceeds from the book goes to the foundation which benefits breast cancer patients so they will be able to receive the healing services they need to recover
from breast cancer physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Let me tell you folks, this place in amazing. Soon as you walk into the building you are surrounded by beautiful hand painted murals and a water fall. We were fortunate enough to get a full tour of the facility. The Institute, located 15 miles northeast of Philadelphia, is DSI’s first hospital that meets the needs of patients seeking comprehensive breast care and plastic surgery.

It is built on a beautiful 15-acre campus in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and houses both a single-story hospital and an adjacent medical office building. The hospital contains 24 patient rooms and 6 state of the art operating rooms with associated recovery rooms to maximize patient care and privacy, post operatively.

The radiology suite contains digital mammography, CT scan, Ultrasound, MRI, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, limited Nuclear Medicine and an IMRT linear accelerator that is housed in a radiation-safe concrete vault for external beam radiation therapy used to treat certain types of cancer, including breast cancer.

The hospital focuses primarily on breast cancer, plastic and reconstructive surgery. However, the facility, which is a general hospital, is capable of handling most major medical problems, including a biologic terror attack.

The patient rooms are large enough to serve as intensive care rooms, and are equipped in such a manner that they can be used for immediate post-operative care or intensive care as needed. They even have big screen television's and windows for the nurses to look in and check the vitals without disturbing the patients. The hospital is built, equipped and staffed to bring together the latest technology and the best healing modalities for patients with breast disease.

Another thing that I really loved about the hospital is some of the wonderful services that are offered to patience. They have massage therapists, acupuncture and even Reiki healing. It is the only hospital in the world that caters to breast cancer. What an amazing evening as we mingled having a drink and eating some really good food. At one point during the evening everyone gathered to listen to Doctor DuPree and a few others speak. Listening to their stories was very touching and emotional for everyone who attended.

Last October we organized a breast cancer awareness event to awareness to the disease and money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Philadelphia. This is where I first met Doctor DuPree and Susan Apollon, author of Touched By The Extraordinary. They both had volunteered to come and speak at the event.

Everything went really well with the event and we raised I think about two thousand dollars. If I hold the event again this year I will not be donating proceeds to Susan G. Komen. They did not even have the decency to call and thank us or even send us out a thank you card. The next event we will donate proceeds to The Healing Consciousness Foundation.

On April 13 we will do an event at DSI to raise awareness to breast cancer and raise money for The Healing Consciousness Foundation. If you are considering attending I would get tickets before the event sells outs. The picture above was taken in October 2007 during the breast cancer awareness event. On the left is Doctor Beth DuPree, the right is Susan Apollon and I'm in the center. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and be sure to get your mammograms.
Blessings
