Healing Our Energy & Clearing Blockages

Many of us do not actually realize that everything is made up of energy. Each and every living organism has an energy that surrounds it. From the foods we eat to a single peace of grain, they all have an energy that surrounds them. This has actually been proven now since in 1939 Semyon Kirlian accidentally made a discovered we now call Kirlian Photography. With this special photography you can actually capture the energy, colors and all, that surround the human body along with all other living organisms which the Kirlian photography has proven to show over the years since it first was introduced. This energy that surrounds our human bodies is referred to as the Aura. You will often see these Kirlian camera's at spiritual expo's and you can get a photo of your own Aura. We have done it and it is really pretty interesting to see your Aura and Chakra's.

Along with the Aura that surrounds our bodies we also have major energy points throughout our bodies referred to as our Chakra's. We have dozens of chakra's throughout the body that radiate energy and out of those dozens of chakra's we have 7 major chakra's or energy points. Each of your seven major chakra's are a different color and the Kirlian Photography can also pick up the chakra's and their colors. Having this energy surrounding us along with our chakra's can have major effects on our bodies and our health. If you chakra's are out of balance it will often through your aura off a bit too. One difference between the colors of the chakra's and our aura is that each individual chakra is suppose to be a particular color when they are in balance while the aura can change colors like our moods.

So if one of your chakra's go off balance or get blockages within it can and will have an impact on certain parts of our lives, our body and our health. This is one good reason it is important for us to keep our chakra's in balance. The entire subject of the chakra's, and the aura, is very detailed and specific and I could not possibly describe each of them and what they represent in this short blog post. There are some wonderful books on the subject and one that I would highly recommend is called Wheels of Life by Anodea Judith. This book will teach you all about your chakra's and how to keep them in balance. A must have for everyone including anyone beginning a spiritual journey.

Every day, especially before doing any type of readings, I go through my routine of lighting a candle and some incense before kneeling down to do my prayer followed by a meditation. In each meditation I work through my charka's visualizing them being open & ready to receive information from spirit. Even though I do meditate on a daily basis I still run into issues with my energy, such as energy blocks or spirit attachment. From doing this work as a Medium communicating with the deceased I'm constantly dealing with energy and spirits. Sometimes those spirits like me for some reason and do not want to depart. There are times when I do not even realize they are there.

I love the work I do and I'm so absolutely grateful that I have been chosen to do this work to bring healing into people's lives. Even though I love this work it does have its burdens and one of those burdens is when my energy gets all screwed up. Doing this work and being on a spiritual path for more then twenty years now would make one think that I should be able to easily fix my energy when it gets all screwed up. To some point this could be true and I usually can clear my energy well on my own. Then there are also times where no matter what I seem to do I awake every morning feeling as if I'm in a daze and at times actually feeling as if I was covered in cobwebs. Not a good feeling at all. Exactly what I have been dealing with for some time this year until spirit basically yelled at me to get my attention. Once they did I knew exactly what I needed to do.

I know several people that work with energy and can work on clearing your energy and clearing blockages. Out of the three people I know, two live in different states far from me. Believe it or not they can actually do this energy work on you from long distances. Then there is my friend Mary Lou. Mary Lou was on my mind constantly on a daily basis. We share the same birthday. I would think about her but never think about having energy work done. Like I said, it took for spirit to yell at me before I would seek help in getting my energy back to the norm.

I was actually driving home from a private group reading when Mary Lou's name came to my mind once more. So right away I sent her a text to let her know that I wanted to come see her and the following day or so I set up a date and time to go visit my friend Mary Lou. I absolutely love Mary Lou and the work that she does. I'm not sure the exact term that is used for the type of energy work that she does. What I do know is that she works with the divine mother along with the angels. No matter what it is that she does one thing I know for sure is that it really works and helps on such a deep level.

I meet Mary Lou through another friend of mine, Beth, who works as a breast cancer surgeon. Beth actually sends some of her clients that are going through breast cancer to Mary Lou to help them through the process. And that is how I discovered Mary Lou. Putting this aside for just a moment I want you the reader to know that believe it or not I'm a very skeptical person. The type that has to actually see it for myself for my to believe it. Even with energy work, in the beginning I was very skeptical and not really quite the believer. Until I had the first experience many years ago that left me completely convinced.

Bob & I arrive at Mary Lou's cute little home nestled away in a patch of woods with the sounds of mother nature. Mary Lou will lead me into a small room that instantly struck me with an overwhelming feeling of love and peace. The room has a massage table in which I will lay on as she goes about doing her thing. When I get energy work done I close my eyes and do my proper breathing for relaxation. Before the work begins I was asked if there was anything specific I wanted to focus on or work on in some way. This is a common question from anyone conducting energy work. I know spirit already knows what needs to be done so my answer to that question is always no.

Once the energy worker begins their routine they may say different things or ask you a few questions. As Mary Lou went about her work on me she first said "My mother is here, she has been gone 22 years. She is bringing in your mother and tells me your mother has been gone half the time as my mother. So your mom has been gone for 11 years? " She really had know way of knowing how long my mother has been past and that she was actually past. I never discussed my mother with her before. And yes my mother has been gone 11 years. There was another point where she kept saying all these different things about removing the cobwebs, which is exactly how I felt, and then went on to say "Thank you Andrew. All of this information is coming from Andrew." Who is Andrew anyway Mary Lou asked me. Well Andrew is my master guide. I have about 7 guides and Andrew is the Master of the guides. Something else she knew nothing about.

As I laid upon her table and she walked around me doing her work I could literally feel the cobwebs being lifted from my spirit. At another point she began to start sounding out a name but seemed to not be able to get it right at first. Joann, Joanna, Johan, Johanna. Once she got to Johanna she giggled and said Johanna is a little one. She is a cute little one. Well needless to say Johanna happens to be another one of my spirit guides. Johanna also happens to appear to me in my meditation as a little fairy like that of Tinkerbell. Another thing she could of never have known.

Once she was done her work she moved me over to another table with a special mattress filled with amethyst stones. I never seen or heard of a mattress made of amethyst. Would love to have one of these amazing crystal mattress'. They come with a very hefty price tag. This had an amazing effect on charging my energy and help make my intuitive abilities stronger. Could you imagine sleeping on this thing every night, wow. Once my session was complete I felt lighter, as if I were floating. I no longer felt as if I were covered in cob webs. Since my visit to Mary Lou I feel like things have begun to move forward once more. I plan on going back to Mary Lou real soon to continue keeping my energy clear so that I can have a better focus.

Anyone who may even be reading this could benefit greatly by having your energy cleared and blockages brought down. You should find and select an energy healer the same way I would recommend you do when searching for a Medium. You should go by word of mouth and go to someone you heard was good and legit from friends or family members. You should search a bit about the person and be sure of the services and prices. Prices should be set and should not ever change. The average price for something like this could vary greatly from maybe $100. to $200.

Weekend At The Mind Body Spirit Expo & Braco The Gazing Healer

I wrote this article months ago & thought that I had posted here to my blog. I just went in to finish a post I was working on and somehow noticed that this post was sitting there un-published. Sorry bout that. First time that has happened. Enjoy.

Every year, for a long time now, the Body Mind & Spirit Expo comes to the Valley Forge Convention Center in King Of Prussia Pennsylvania. The event is held yearly usually around the Fall season of late September early October. I have been invited to do an event of my own there for the past three or four years now. This year they wanted to try something new and decided to hold a spring edition of the Body Mind & Spirit Expo at a new location in Edison New Jersey. Well what a wonderful decision that was.

Beings the event was closer to the New York area I believe is what made this expo a big success. Much more then I think they even expected. The energy there was good, a little chaotic at times but in a positive way. People turned out from all over the country to attend this expo. If you are not familiar with this expo then you just have to check it out for yourself this coming Fall. Usually I have an event going on and never really spend any time looking around and attending some of the events for ourselves. This time we decided we wanted to make the best of it and come on a day when I did not have an event of my own going on.

The weekend began with our drive an hour north to the town of Edison New Jersey on Friday evening just around rush hour. Bob and I left early knowing that we would hit traffic and knowing that we had to get to the expo a bit earlier. With Mercury retrograde working against us it was a very good idea to leave much earlier then normal, and that we did. Once we got onto the PA turnpike and went over the bridge to the New Jersey turnpike we hit a dead stopped traffic. Traffic moved so slow that it took us a good half hour to get through this. Once we got through traffic moved well once more and we arrived at the expo on a good time schedule.

Bob and I headed to the event room to get set up but on my way I had to make a little stop. Doreen Virtue, Angel Therapist & Author, had an event going on at the expo which actually just finished and the reception started. I have been trying to get Doreen onto my weekly radio show. So I just had to poke in and say hello to Doreen. A few people told me they found me through Doreen's web site. I had no idea I was listed on Doreen's web site as a registered Medium. Well she was not aware of this either. I found it to be quite funny as did she. Hopefully I will get Doreen on the show in the near future.

Ann, the person who organizes the entire expo, found me a quiet place to go and meditate prior to my event. So I went on to meditate and do my prayer while Bob got everything set up and people seated. The energy during my event was very strange this evening for some reason I do not know. Spirit came through a little clustered at times with too many trying to connect at the same time. One thing is for sure, we do not get patience when we get to the other side. It is a place of love, peace and happiness but they are still a bit impatient at times. At some points I was reading two people at the same time. Much of the information did come through very strong and precise, there were just those few moments that made my head spin a bit.

It was a complete surprise that our friend Lisa and her partner Holly came to see my event. To make it an even bigger surprise I then began to get a connection for Holly and messages came through for both of them. I love the different ways that spirit comes through and some of the crazy things spirit will show. It is good to know that they can still have a good sense of humor on the other side. After the event concluded the four of us went to the hotel to grab a bit to eat and chat a bit before calling it a night. I love catching up with friends.

Bob and I decided we wanted to come back to the expo to walk around and shop more and see an event if we could. Beings I had some readings in the early afternoon we were unable to get there in time for Lisa's event or Deepak Chopra. We did stop by to say hello again at Lisa's reception, which was really nice. We also got to meet Deepak which was very exciting for both of us. We just had to take pictures. We shopped a bit and Bob had a palm reading done by some guy at the expo. I purchased a scalar energy pendant along with a cell phone shield. You put this sticker looking thing onto your cell phone to block the alleged harmful rays. I got that one for free for purchasing my scalar energy pendant. I purchased the pendant in hopes that it will help balance my energy more & help with my back pain, and it did both a bit.

After hearing so many people talking about Braco, The Gazing Healer, we decided to go to his event. Braco is from Croatia and people from all over the world have flocked to this man all in hopes to be healed by his mesmerizing gaze. Thousands have claimed that they have been healed or their lives changed in some positive way. All this man does is simple walk into the room and up steps onto a platform, so he can see everyone & everyone can see him, and he will simply stand there very still. He will gaze into the audience and his head would move so slow that you could not even tell that it was moving. Before you knew it he was facing right and then left. He would do this a few times with some sound soothing music in the background. Then he will turn and walk off the platform and out of the room.

He never says a single word and did not really smile either. I could feel his energy without a doubt. Bob did not feel anything. One person I know, who does not even believe in this sort of thing, told me that she literally saw little bolts of lightning coming from his eyes. It was very interesting and I would like to give it another shot. I can say that my back pain has gotten a little better, but I'm not healed. That could be from the scalar pendant I bought or the wand I use for healing and not necessarily from Braco's healing gaze. There again it is possible that it did help. His gaze is said to help in so many different ways. People will go to Braco wearing pictures of their loved ones around their neck. Again I would like to see him a second time, its only $8., the next time the expo is in town in October.

So if you can get the chance to get to the Body Mind Spirit Expo coming up in King Of Prussia PA in October you should go. There are dozens of events, speakers, lectures, classes and many are actually free. There are so many vendors and so much to do. Mercury Retorgrade Is Here Again. What Does This Mean?

One of the times of the year that some of us may dread is upon us all once more. Yes the Mercury Retrograde has come for its first yearly greeting beginning on March 30th and will hang out with us until April 23rd. This time the planet goes into retrograde with the zodiac sign Aries, so those of you who are an Aries or have Aries as your rising sign or moon sign in your astrological chart, then you may very likely feel the full effects of the retrograde. Some, a very lucky few, will not feel the effects as much as most others, especially those with Aries in their charts. Aries or not we should all be aware of the retrograde.

This is an important period, and we should be aware of the effects associated with this astrological influence. Since it occurs very often throughout the year, we must learn what it means and how to take advantage of it.

Mercury rules over the mind's processes, studying, communication, businesses, travels and the like. When Mercury reverses its direction, all these areas are affected as well.

The mind turns naturally inwards and people tend to analyze more the own thoughts and follow the common thinking patterns, rather then be curious and eager of new intellectual experiences or challenges.

This helps the meditation or the thorough lonely long-term study of a specific matter, but it affects the study of new subjects, the communication with the others, the attention oriented outwards.

Businesses, travels and communications tend to experience delays and different problems. Computers and other processes that work with information may experience crashes, unexpected failures.

Don't enroll to courses, don't buy expensive Mercurian items (books, cars, mobile phones etc.), don't sign important contracts and do not marry.

What Is This Mercury Retrograde Period Good For?

It is definitely a very good period for some actions. No time is completely bad for anything, there is a reason in everything happens.

The key is the reversed direction of movement: take any known Mercurian action, reverse its flow, consider the keywords "re-doing something", "double-checking", "finish the old projects" and there you are, you've found the good side of Mercury retrograde.

For instance, you may want to read again a book you particularly liked, a subject you studied before, meet and discuss with old friends you haven't met for a long time, travel to places you've already been to before.

This is an excellent time to work on old projects that never got to be finished. So, think about the things you started and never finalized.

Next, you might wish to prevent any bad things to happen to you: so double-check your agenda, call your business partners to confirm that everything goes as planned, have everything ready before the deadline and leave some extra time for unexpected events. Make copies of your important files and documents, save your work more often.

The other solution is to go on vacation or at least slow down the pace of your projects. You will find that going slowly during the Mercury retrograde period will spare you many efforts of redoing the same action that wasn't performed right the first time.

Above all, be generous and compassionate, you are already aware about the influence of this period, but the others aren't aware of it or there may be uncontrollable events. That's why you should have more diligence with the others and give them some more time. It'll be your mental health that you'll be sparing actually.

So take advantage of this Mercury Retrograde and learn to utilize the retrograde into your daily schedule. When you seem to hit a dead end or run into a stressful situation, take three deep breaths in and as you take in each breath hold it for one second before exhaling. As you exhale say to yourself "Relax". It also helps to exhale all the air you can out of your lungs and hold for a second before taking your second and third breath. This is certain to help you instantly relieve any stress or a tense situation. I hope this information helps you through this retrograde and that you enjoyed your visit to my blog.
